What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is 100 pieces per design. If you’d like multiple designs, each design requires its own 100-piece minimum. We can mix multiple designs into one shipment.

Can I use my own design or photography?

Absolutely. Send us your artwork in JPG, PNG, or PDF format at 300 dpi minimum. We’ll check sizing and provide a free digital proof before production begins.

Which melodies are available?

We carry a standard selection of popular melodies (classical pieces, seasonal tunes, folk songs). Custom melody programming is available on enquiry for larger orders — please contact us for details.

Do you offer samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Sample lead time is 3–5 working days from our Guangzhou factory. A sample fee applies, which is fully refunded against your bulk order when you proceed.

How is the music box packaged for retail?

Products are supplied in bulk packaging by default. Retail gift box packaging (kraft or white box with window) is available as an add-on. Please ask when requesting your quote.

How long does production and shipping take?

For 100–500 pcs, production is 5–14 working days. We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx (typically 3–5 business days to Europe or North America) or sea freight for larger volumes.
